Dear POP,
In addition to the high density issue we need to oppose the rear entrance to the resort on Mockingbird Lane. If approved this entrance will create garbage trucks, service trucks, landscaping trucks, employees cars, coca cola trucks, food service trucks, laundry trucks, etc entering and leaving the resort using our neighborhood streets. I support POP and signed the petition. But I want POP to defend the removal of the service entrance south of St Barnabas and cause the resort to have all service vehicles to enter and exit using Scottsdale road via Cactus Wren Rd. If POP does not agree to get this entrance closed as part of their platform I will not support POP and will inform all of my friends in PV not to support POP as well. I agree all lots should be 1 home per acre minimum and the resort can be built buried deep in the middle of that new PV neighborhood. Then all home buyers will know before they buy a home in this new neighborhood that a hotel will be their next door neighbor. Buyer beware – but don’t drive your service trucks down Mockingbird.
